ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to examine organizational learning and employee performance of selected brewery firms in Onitsha. Specifically, the study To determine the nature and impact of organizational learning on employee performance of selected brewery firms in Anambra state. The study employed the survey descriptive research design. A total of 77 responses were validated from the survey. From the responses obtained and analyzed, the findings revealed that Organizational learning potentially is of influence on behavioral and performance improvement.Also, employees who experienced the learning programs showed higher levels of job satisfaction. Lastly,Employees who learn shows organizational commitment than others. The study thereby recommend That organization should inculcate organizational learning in their structure in other to improve employee performance. And ,That periodic training in form of learning should be introduced in organizations for employee performance.
